Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
CLASSIC LINEN - Items in our Classic Linen collection may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
PURE COTTON - Items in our Pure Cotton fabric are made-to-order and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Exceptions may be made for manufacturing defects.
CUSTOM - Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund for exchange.
HOW TO RETURN
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Please indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange. Once we locate your order, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Attach the label onto the original mailing envelope (or a similar packaging) and ship it back to us.
REFUNDS
If you requested a refund, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. You will be refunded for the cost of the item only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. Please allow one week to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund after one week from the return receipt date, please contact us at help@primpins.com.
EXCHANGES
If you requested an exchange, we will send you a replacement to the address on your original order. Please allow two weeks to receive your replacement. If you have not received your replacement after two weeks from the return receipt date, please contact us at help@primpins.com.
WEBSITE ORDERS ONLY
We will only accept returns from orders placed on www.primpins.com. If you have purchased our product from another retailer, please refer to that retailer’s return policy.
